“This property is adorable and convenient. Our room was spacious, very clean, and lovely, with a balcony overlooking the village green where we could sit and enjoy people watching. “This was a perfect place to explore, without the hubbub of being downtown. “Great place for our 4 night stay. Clean updated rooms, great outdoor play areas for children, pool, and very a nice breakfast. Walkable to downtown but may be far for some and for young children. “Very clean, modern space. Property owner was very informative and gave perfect instructions for check in/out. Apt was in great location, at end of village, in quiet area of town, but within walking distance to everything, no need to drive for Village activities. Included all necessities. Only upgrade I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror in the bedrooms or somewhere in apt. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!”

“It was a good one night stay experience at Dan and Joan’s place. The suite is big, clean and cozy. It’s on the side of the building and has its own entrance which provides us more privacy. “Easy to locate and convenient location to drive to downtown Bar Harbor. Room was very clean and comfortable. We could sit on the porch and view the Bay. Only thing I missed was a shower cap because I forgot one. ”

“Started off being welcomed with champagne. Nice touch! Staff and room were excellent. Convenient to everything and maybe 10 min. Walk into the harbor and shops. Plus bike rentals 100yards away. The only thing that we could think of was the breakfast options. Hard boiled eggs and maybe more fresh fruit would be nice. Other than that excellent and if we return will stay there again.”

“I don't recommend this hotel never. The reception women wasn't nice, and my wife and I couldn't sleep well because my room is loud noise of my door next front door . There is a most upsetting situation. And I was very cold in sleep because the heating didn't work at all night. The heating regulator did not work. It was 2am that I founded that the heating didn't work. I caught a runny nose next day and my trip was interrupted. I never recommend this hotel.”
