"Broken items throughout the home, not even a can opener in the ill equipped kitchen and I had to buy a skillett because the non stick skillets were no longer non stick. Spent 3 -4 hours repairing chairs, and some cash I might add, so my family could enjoy a meal together. Broken pool cues, damaged pool table felt. A mirror in my sons room fell off the wall because some genious hung it with deck screws through the sheet rock so I bought anchors and fixed this. All of this was very annoying, but...

"We had a great experience. We couldn't recommend this property enough. You pay the same for a crappy hotel. Norm the owner is excellent. We were going through a loss of a family member at the time. The place was emaculent with everything you needed right down to laundry soap. He will work with any situation if you just talk to him. He is a great guy.
