"Spent a couple of nights in early August. The staff was incredibly friendly and even called us as we were checking in extremely late to make sure all was okay. Quiet grounds and a nice place to come back to after spending all day in Acadia. "

I felt immediately welcomed and his suggestions for dinner were spot on. The room was clean and quiet. Plus the view was better than area hotels at more than double the cost. Definitely a hidden gem.
