"Wonderful housekeeper—so thoughtful and kind! She even brought me water when she realized I was breastfeeding. Thank you so much for your kindness! 💗 At the same time, the staff by the gate told us there was no nearby parking and recommended a very far and inconvenient parking garage. However, there was actually a parking area directly behind the hotel. It would have been much more convenient if they had told us about it."

"I had a pleasant stay at the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the amenities available, which added to the overall convenience of the experience. I enjoyed my experience and found the Chelsea Hotel to be a convenient and comfortable option for staying in downtown Toronto. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Toronto."

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls

"We had a room on the 14th floor. Well, actually the 13th floor as we entered on the 14th floor and had to walk down a flight of stairs in the room to get to the actual room. They did ask if we minded stairs when we checked in. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and the view spectacular. We watched the fireworks and the colors change on the Falls each night. It is very convientently located by the incline rail and the Welcome Center. The lobby area restrooms and the coffee area were not well cleaned up during the day and that was a little offputting. The front desk personell were very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in nor an hour later when they said it would be ready. This was a little disappointing as we had dinner reservations before the room was ready. Oh well. We were on vacation and no one, but us cared that we were wearing the same clothes we had traveled and toured in. I would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! The hotel was lovely and very clean, the staff was friendly, and the view of the falls was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything in the area. Our only complaint was the elevators—we often had to wait a very long time for one. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"
