"The room was great and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff was superb though the night I checked in the 2 people working the front desk were a bit off for me. Loved how easy it was to travel aroubd from the location. If you dont need a pool, would definitely recommend it."

"Definitely a family hotel! There were lots of other families there ranging in all ages. The pool is not that big but was nice to have. Be warned though the pool was very cold. Sometimes it was super busy and other times pretty open (we were there during spring break so I’m sure that played a part). The happy hour was great for adults and kids with drinks and snacks! Breakfast being included was nice and had a ton of options as well. "

"We arrived at 5:30 pm. When we went to check in, we were informed that our room was not ready yet. We were informed that the only option was to downgrade the room. Parking charges apparently vary, as people checking in next to us were charged less for the same lot. The room next to ours was apparently having a party. When we called at midnight to inform the staff no action was taken. The staff generally seemed indifferent. There are plenty of options on where to stay in Niagara Falls. Make a better choice than I did. "
