“Disgusting behavior. Very unfriendly staff. I have to take a client call which is super important had scheduled with short notice exactly at checkout time. I asked for 20mins late checkout they rejected claiming that they over booked and they have to clean. I asked them its just 20mins they could leave my room and clean everything else and come back but the front desk literally rejected my request. The most funny part is they claim they have to clean 150 rooms I told them that my room can be...

“Very practical The lady at the reception desk, Tiffany, was very professional and super nice. ”

“I booked this hotel based on all the 10/10 ratings that I saw and the photos. This is only based on my experience. The family that works here at this hotel is very very nice. However the room itself was a bit of a surprise First, when we opened the door to the room it didn’t even open all the way because of the slant of the floor. The door to the bathroom and the bed are about a foot apart. The bathroom is not big enough for two people. We found hairs in our bathroom. Which happens. I could not...

“My family stayed at this property in October. We arrived later at night. The temps were very chilly. We got into the room and the heat had not been turned on. The heater in the bedroom did not work. When we went to turn on the other heater it smelled awful so we had to turn it off. I am not sure if the heater had been turned on or serviced since last fall or winter. The blankets on the bed were very thin and more coducive to summer visitors, not sufficient for staying warm in the cooler fall...

“Stopped by this little gem for a quick “passing through” visit. The couple at the front desk were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area.”

“The room smelled bad, the bathroom was smelly from the sewer leaking out from the toilet, the bathroom wall had a hole in it in water evidently was leaking inside the wall and out the hole down the side of the tile. and lastly, we had to turn on some noise makers on our phone so we didn't have to listen to all the mice or rats. whatever it was crawling on the roof when the lights turned out. overall is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at”
