“12월3일에 예약날짜를 12월6일 1박을 12월3일로 잘못 입력함. 6일에 가니 예약은 안되어 있고 방은 전혀 없어서 너무나 황당하였음. 개인적인 실수지만 12월3일에 아무런 연락도 없었고 자신은 수수료를 hotels.com에 지불하였기 때문에 날짜를 바꿔줄수 없다고 함. 서비스적인 측면에서 고객을 배려하는 곳은 아님.”
