"The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the overall guest experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, there was no soap in the shower. During my stay, trash was not picked up and towels were not exchanged. In fact, whenever I needed fresh towels or additional toilet paper, I had to go to the front desk and get them myself.
Several amenities that influenced my decision to stay here were unavailable. The arcade and swimming pool were both closed, which was especially disappointing since I was traveling with my children.
Another major inconvenience was the parking validation process. Every time I left the parking garage during the week, I had to return to the front desk to have my parking validated again. The only exception was on Saturday and Sunday. This became frustrating and time-consuming throughout the stay.
I also requested a late checkout and was told that was not available.
The staff members I interacted with were polite, but between the missing room supplies, lack of housekeeping service, closed amenities, inability to obtain a late checkout, and the repeated parking validation requirement, the overall experience fell short of expectations and did not provide the level of convenience I expected for the price."
