"Room was spacious and clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Loved our balcony which had furniture on it. AC vent blows directly at the head of the bed making it too cold at the head of the bed. If you turn AC down the rest of the room is too warm. Hot water in the bath arrives quickly! Hallways and neighboring rooms made it noisy sometimes - used white noise machine in my phone to cover it up and was fine.
There are many options for food. Breakfast in the cafe was very good, but pizza at the pizza restaurant was not. Coffee shop was appreciated and reasonably priced. Had a very good salad and sandwich at the bar outside near the pool.
Swim up bar was handy and drink menu was extensive, but the drinks were not very good or maybe not well made?
Front desk staff (Howard) was gracious and helpful. Wait staff at bars and cafe were attentive - not so much at the pizza restaurant. Pool attendants were friendly.
Pool and lazy river seemed a little cloudy during our entire stay. Even when the pool area was crowded, we were able to find a chair and had a short wait to obtain a tube for floating.
Biggest issue was the elevator situation. Often had to wait for more than one elevator to arrive with enough room to fit the two of us. Tip: use the freight elevator around the corner. It moves more slowly, but is never full."
