“It was very quaint. The lady gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. One of our rooms, the curtains wouldn’t close. We told her, but no one came to fix it. There weren’t any phones in the room to call the office. It was an older place but clean.”

“I slept like a baby! Sheets, 4-poster bed, the room was so comfy. Coffee, water in the living room. Very attentive when I called and even gave a superb dinner recommendation. As part of the BNB experience, brunch was excellent at the Duff Green Mansion and the tour of the Mansion is not to be missed. Great stay!!”

“An absolutely delightful little hotel - more like a resort, really. We had an "apartment" which was reminiscent of a Northern Wisconsin cottage - not fancy but cozy, comfortable & very well equipped. They've thought of everything - even good in-room coffee! Reminder: you're staying in a Mississippi River town. There WILL be trains, but after 24 hrs, you won't even notice them anymore, honest! We'll be back.”
