"The reception and general staff of the hotel were so nice, welcoming and so helpful, in a genuine and sincere way! I think some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered (and I’ve stayed at many hotels!).
The room itself is simple and stylish, perfect for a city break. I’m sure other reviews will say the same that perhaps only stay in the same room with people you are very comfortable with because the bathroom has limited privacy. But no problem for those who are close.
The room was super clean and spotless, and we loved the ecofriendly first approach - the linen and cotton duvets were great. I also loved the clubhouse because we went in a heatwave and needed a chill out space to cool down. Staff were so accommodating.
