Peninsula Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

"The Peninsula is top tier. The staff from the moment we walked in, were AMAZING! There were some staff (at the bars, and the lady with the blonde bob in the restaurant. She is very mean and rude), that were not as friendly as the other staff but everyone else made up for it. They were are all so helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk and housekeeping staff. They are exceptional! The amenities are all very well maintained. The staff I mentioned are the only reason I did not give stars. I do love the Peninsula and plan to return. I hope those staff members have been addressed and are more friendly. The food was okay. They didn’t have a lot of popular Greek options like gyros, lamb, Greek salad, etc. I think they were trying to cater to the non-Greek guests but it’s Greece and I would have appreciated more Mediterranean food. The resort is IMMACULATE! I mean not a speck of dust anywhere. The floors are clean and shiny. The housekeeping staff along with the front desk staff really make the Peninsula sparkle. Thanks to them it stands out as a premium luxury resort."

"We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The luxury of the room, the cleanness of the hotel, the exceptional food, the private heated infinity pool at the room facing the town center ... it is hard to describe using words. The pictures of the hotel and rooms shown in their Expedia web page don't do justice to the place. It is way better looking and beautiful when we see it in person. The hotel offers a "golf cart-like" transportation to and from the city for those days when you feel lazy to walk the half a mile or so pathway to the city."

"Amazing family hotel a lot of stuff to do for the kids and for the family huge property good food service is okay but not excellent our room was amazing also the kids room was very very good we had three rooms one bungalow one junior suite and one regular room very very good hotel. We had an amazing vacation there"
