“We booked an upgraded king room and when we arrived it was one queen. Went to front desk and the guy showed us a queen room so then we showed him ours. He insisted on arguing that it was a king even though the two beds were the same. Seemed crabby and didn't want to deal with us. Didnt want to make him any more mad so just bit the bullet. Then the room we were in had roaches and other bugs. We kept towels under the door because of that. And our bath tub looked liked it was already used. Way over...
