“First, the good: location and front desk staff. Second, the average: room quality and cleanliness. Third, the poor: the walls between rooms are thin, so when the man in the room next to us was yelling obscenities at a woman in the same room and she was screaming back at him, it was like we were in the room with them. I was worried about violence so I reached out to the front desk who told me she was a “regular”. After nearly an hour, by 10pm, their yelling stopped. Still, it was disconcerting...

“We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and looked as though it had been recently updated. We appreciated the dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils provided for making our meals. We were gone most of the day sightseeing so this motel was perfect for us. A reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room. We’ll be back when we vacation in Door County again!”

“We love this spot. Lots of places to walk to. We took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed meeting some of the other guests: We recommend staying on the 2nd floor, It’s quieter.”

“Great stay. No funky smells (first thing that I notice when I stay somewhere) and the beds and bath were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not as soft as I like, but that is a personal preference. We were there for one night and left without checking the breakfast out. Staff member who checked us in was very friendly. If there were any extended stay residents there we didn’t notice. Very safe place. Police department and fire station across the street ;)”
