"There's a lot to like about Ephraim Motel. The staff is welcoming. It's located in a more quiet place surrounded by trees/woods, away from the road. Breakfasts are quite good. Unfortunately, the pool was not working for a couple of days, but that wasn't a major issue. Just a comfy, pleasant vibe all around, including the rooms. I would recommend, however, something to make the showers/bathtubs less slippery (could be a problem if someone falls), and perhaps a nightlight. Otherwise..... A wonderful and affordable little place away from the bigger and more crowded towns, and somewhere I'd love to return on another trip to Door County."

"Great place to stay. Hotel has beatiful wooded grounds with built in newer gas grills on a patio, a gas fire pit, indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool. The suites are spacious and very nice and quite. The property is close to a few walkable restaurants. It is a short drive north to Sister Bay or travel south to Peninsula State Park."

"We only stayed a night but wishes we could have stayed longer. We suspect it must have been a converted motel at some point but it has been done incredibly well, the rooms are clean, fresh, comfortable and quiet (even with neighbours either side of us). While we didn't meet or see the staff, all of the communications and information required to check in/out was excellent and the location just down by the harbour was great. Would thoroughly recommend"

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay there! The only thing we would change was the location of our room; it was RIGHT off the lobby near the Breakfast room and door to go outside in back. So it got a little noisy at times. Otherwise, things were great!"
