โI'd booked in error date wise and despite having to change literally on the day i was supposed to be checking in, i still got a very nice room comfirmed very quickly, 2 nights of quiet comfort in the out building rooms.โ
โVery warm welcome from reception, room spacious and clean. Restaurant really focused on delivering good service. Dont be shy to let more personality come through via chat and smiles while in the restaurant, food fab quality. Breakfast good, eggs cooked well and quickly. Will most definitely return as value for money is great. โ
โAlways use the Grange when in the area. Local to Silchester where we visit. Comfortable bed and clean room. Staff friendly and keen to help (i use a walking stick). Reasonable room rate. Lovely breakfast.โ
โIve been to dinner here but never stayed - needed last minute accommodation and was pleasantly surprised - didnt realise the reception was there โ
โWe loved the features throughout the building. The beams, low ceilings, uneven floors...really kept the character of the building. Rooms were nice albeit a bit strange having the shower in the room and not in the ensuite but good use if available space given grade 2 listed building regulations.โ
โExcellent price, beautiful location, facilities very clean and well equipped bathroom. Wouldโve been nice to have a double mattress instead of two single beds, but it worked well anyway. Excellent stay, no complaintsโ
