"1908년에 건축된 매우 오래된 건물이지만 깔끔합니다. 다만 오래된 건물이라 외풍은 조금 있구요. 벨기에 환경정책에 따라 층마다 브리타 정수기가 있어 물을 받아 들아가는 형태입니다. 1층에 무인 편의점도 있습니다. 그랑팰리스하고는 거리가 약간 있지만 걸어 다닐만 하고 그랑팰리스 가능 길에 쇼핑센터들도 있습니다."
