"Everything was incredible except the woman cleaning the bathroom on the ground floor behind the bar. I was in dire need of a bathroom after driving for many hours straight from out of state. Instead of allowing me to use the restroom she said she couldn’t and that I needed to find another restroom. Mind you she had not actually started to clean yet. She was also very rude about it. This type of person shouldn’t be in contact with guests. I expect better from a W hotel."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."

"Room is super spacious and perfect for travel and needing to work remote. Small kitchen had full accessories. Only issue was there was a weird mildew smell in the hall but was not a major factor for my stay."
