Wow, what a great review. The minibar is refilled daily when the room is cleaned and the bed linen is changed automatically or on request after 3 days. We are looking into why it didn't work for you. Thank you for your review. Our check in times are from 4pm and by then all arrival rooms are ready for guests. For guests arriving earlier, we offer to leave your luggage with us so that you can enjoy the day in Grindelwald with the unique view of the mountains. We regret that you were not informed directly when your room was ready, but due to the very many arrivals it is not easy for our team to find the guests again. Therefore, it was very kind of you to inquire again and thus be able to move into and enjoy your room before the official check in time. As an arrival surprise we offer our guests a homemade ice tea at our bar, the drinks in the minibar are free of charge, other consumptions at the bar or in the restaurant will be charged and are not included. It is common in all hotels and restaurants.Our reception team always tries to respond to all languages and needs of the guests and therefore receives very good ratings especially in terms of helpfulness and friendliness.
