"I tried repeatedly to contact the hosts in order to gain access to the property, both through messages and by phone but my calls were constantly hung up on. Absolutely terrible behaviour! We were 6 adults and 2 children and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute with no notice whatsoever. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable. The hosts never reached out to apologize or offer any explanation. Afterwards, I read another review from January and honestly felt relieved...

"I had a great stay at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie in Oslo. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The rooms were well maintained, and the location provided easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options each morning. Overall, the hotel offered great value and made for a very enjoyable stay. The only minor surprise was that many of the restaurants and food options around the hotel closed earlier than I expected, so it’s worth planning dinner a little ahead of time. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Oslo."
