Really good service and nice place, really clean place. Good staff. The only thing that I can complain is that the bed mattress was really hard. And the breakfast food is all you can eat on fruit and cereal. But they only give you only once eggs (omelet). If you want more you need to pay for it.

We stayed here for a family party in Guadalajara over the weekend, and my husband and I really liked it. The place was charming and in a great location, within walking distance of several nice restaurants. We also appreciated having a liquor store right next door, which made it easy to pick up beer and whiskey for the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean—including our room, which was comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the free breakfast with a beautiful view of the city while having our coffee. Our friends who stayed there with us loved it too and said they would definitely stay again.

It’s located in a nice area where you can easily walk to a nice cafe and some restaurants. It’s reasonably priced and convenient.

It’s a cute hotel, but they can definitely improve the elevator experience. It broke down and the cleaning crew rides with you. We had to keep asking for towels and we asked our floor to be cleaned. Some of the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good.

Very modern hotel. Beautifully decorated all over. Parking is available with valet underground parking. Front staff was okay..wasn’t overly friendly, she did her job though, maybe a bad day. The room was very clean. Soft beds. Nice amount of pillows. Our room ** bathroom ** wasn’t my favorite..super small sink and taps were hard to operate. Shower didn’t drain properly.Need to add something anti slip, very slippery tiles. Nice toiletries provided. The city views are blocked by the TV in front of the window. Hard to view city. Breakfast server was very kind and attentive. Fast service.

I love the concept of the hotel , very pretty property. The people on the reception was very nice . The room was clean and it has everything you need . Even it is a boutique hotel the room was very spacious. The restaurant on the 7 floor was small but very nice for a quick breakfast. I stayed with a friend and for me the only thing was the bed a little hard the mattress; but my friend told me that she didn’t have any issues with the bed . I’m a room safe and stock with water every day great !!! I will be back next year I will record to my friends going to Guadalajara.
