Terrible wifi, I couldn’t watch a movie with out it lagging. The vending machines didn’t work most of the time also because of the wifi. The location and the staff is whats saves it. It is 5 min away from the expo (walking) and the staff members were all really kind and helpful. The room is pretty basic. The bathroom is really small. They do have free movies and tv shows on their tv. (good movies) You can hear traffic and people honking all day and night long. They offered shampoo and body soap but it dries you hair and smells bad. If they had a flattening iron that would be super helpful since most people have shirts and have to look nice. It has the Samay restaurant just right across the street and that made it also a good option. So overall, the room was a (6/10), the bathroom was a (4/10), internet (0/10), location (10/10), staff (10/10).

Very clean and simple. Great water pressure in shower (not found in many places in Mexico). Very close to the Expo Hall. And easy ride on bus to the city center or a quick taxi ride tha the hotel can arrange.

Loved the staff -info on places to go and calling for car services. Very secure parking, instant hot water showers with good pressure. Sheets could be nicer and couldn’t adjust a/c in our 2 rooms. I have stayed here about 5 times and will return.

Super staff. Got early check-in and safe parking. Good mattress (slightly rough sheets) strong hot water. Street side of hotel gets traffic noise. Great location by Expo center but all the EXPO area is a bit of a food desert. They will call a private car service for you.

If I were to travel for business without my wife. I most definitely would stay at this hotel. I would say for the price point, it is a great value. Fresh coffee and cookies are offered early in the morning which is much appreciated. Angel the receptionist was super helpful and accommodating.
