My mom and I have been staying here every time we visit Guadalajara. It’s always such a great experience for us. I want to thank all the staff that work here that deliver a kind and satisfying environment. I want to thank Bruno, who was always so helpful with our luggage and answered any questions that we had regarding the city. We miss him greeting us at the front entrance. We also want to thank Fatima, who always kept our room clean and shiny! We are thankful for her!!
