Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the roof top pool, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. Staff was very considerate throughout my stay. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. 10/10

The property was bean new…we were one the first ones to stay the night…amazing property…close to cafes, restaurants and nightlife…no need for a car…the parking staff seemed confused when we first arrived as there is no place to park unless it’s underground. It took a while to get in before we checked in.

Una experiencia increíble en NH Studios! El lugar está como nuevo, todo impecable y súper bonito. La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda, y el gimnasio tiene lo necesario para entrenar bien. El staff es súper amigable y atento; incluso me ayudaron a recuperar un objeto de valor que olvidé en la habitación, lo cual agradezco muchísimo. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Me parece increíble que no tengan ni agua para beber... Llegamos de madrugada a la recepción pidiendo agua para beber y no nos dieron más que 1 botella (que no tenían más) increíble que un hotel de este tamaño NO tenga agua para sus huéspedes... Y obviamente que no la pedía gratis, ni vendida nos dieron más agua... Tuve que salir del hotel a esa hora a comprarla. Me parece de muy poco nivel que no tengan botellas de agua para los huéspedes. Insisto, no regalada pero cuando menos disponible con pago extra. En fin, muy mala experiencia.

La habitación y el hotel en general se encontraba muy limpia y en muy buenas condiciones, la atención fue buena pero no nos pudieron resolver que la TV nunca la pudimos utilizar. El desayuno bufete fue muy bueno y la ubicación es muy buena ya que hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca.

Para comentar que la experiencia estuvo rara pero genial , NH studios no abrió para esa fecha pero nos pasaron al hotel NH providencia , que está enfrente y nos dieron una había ración premium de esquina y pues padrisimo todo excelente gracias!
