“Reception were not prepared to give great customer service, they give me another room and after I was installed they asked me to change rooms , that was very unacceptable, zero respect for us , it was there mistake and was very poor the attention to us”

“Stayed 4 days. Lots to love ...a few things I would love for them to improve. Pros: friendly helpful staff (Nacho!), great location, affordable, clean, beds and shower decent. Cons: Noisy, my room was filled with street noise 24/7, luckily I can sleep through most anything, but if you're a light sleeper, beware. No washcloths, hot water was sometimes intermittent and unpredictable in shower. My least favorite thing was the "blackout" curtains which had large gaps that allowed sun right onto bed...

“Habitación en execelente condiciones”

“I lost my passport when I drop off hostel in Uber. Receiptionist helped actively, such as taxi call and contacting Uber driver. Even if Uber driver came hostel to bring my passport voluntarily, Employee helfed to find it. I appreciated her. Hostel's system was perfect, in dining room, bath room to make guests comfortable. I recommend my friends to visit aggressively. Thanks.”
