Wouldn't stay again

Don't like the neighbourhood. There's a popular nightclub next. Didn't feel safe. Taxi find it hard to locate premises.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

One of the worst hotels i have booked through the site. Booked their biggest room for 5 people as I had 4 people. I arrived at 2.30am in the morning and was told by the hotel that my room is not available even though i have already paid for it. Thus they suggested for me to take a FULL refund at 2.30am or squeeze into a queen sized bed room. Of course in a foreign land at 2.30am you will be left with no choice. They gave a complimentary roll in bed that was unable to sleep on as it wasnt stable. The moment i slept on it it snapped and sandwiched me like a hotdog bun. Can you imagine how dangerous it is? See the photo of the aftermath when i managed to crawl out of it. Ridiculous!

房間雖大, 卻長而窄, 浴室細小, 衣櫃也沒有, 只有一支架掛衣服 園境房窗外卻無園景, 保險箱壞了不能用, 就算沒壞也不會用, 沒有做固定安裝, 一手便能被人抬走, 蚊子很多, 更有小蟑螂 床褥太硬, 不舒適, 而且唧唧作响 下午二時進住, 卻還沒清理好 性價比低 有日式馬桶 地點方便

I was always staying in hotel near by once I find this apartment I checked in and notice it's much better .. the location is nice by the Hawzu square access to the metro .

Pleasant Stay At River View

Very pleasant stay. Good location and value for money. Reachable by airport bus directly and within walking distance from the MTR. Close proximity to Beijing Road and Yi De Road. And walkable for a stroll by the riverside. Food selection no problem. Many noodles shops (Lanzhou la mian, wanton/beef noodles, fried noodles) and othet eateries nearby.

Nice apartments nearby Pearl River

500m from Pearl RIver, very well located, nearby subway station and shopping street. Easy to find places to eat and hop-on hop-off bus stop. Clean and quiet apartment, not much utensils in the kitchen for cooking a breakfast. 2 bedrooms, can warmly recommend for a family trip or trip with friends.

De toutes évidences cet établissement n'est pas fait pour accueillir des étrangers. D'ailleurs pendant mes dix jours je n'en ai vu aucun. Le personnel est souriant et extrêmement gentil mais deux attachés de direction seulement parlent, un peu, l'Anglais. Aucun autre employé y compris à la réception. Les promesses de votre site ne sont pas respectées. Si l'emplacement est parfait, près du métro et tout près de Beijing Lu, une des artères principale de la ville de canton, et tout près de la rivière et du Bund Cantonais.? Le reste des services est décevant. Le descriptif de Voyages SNCF.COM, intermédiaire d'expédia sur ce dossier stipulait "une batterie de cuisine, des plats et des ustensiles" et il n'y avait RIEN, en dehors de 2 tasses et d'une bouilloire. J'ai du réclamer pendant 48 heures pour avoir enfin une plaque électrique qui fonctionne et 2 assiettes, 5 fourchettes et couteaux en plastique, un couteau de 40cm de long, une planche à découper, une poêle et un fait-tout. Pas de coffre fort alors que cela figurait aussi dans le descriptif. L'intérêt de réserver dans cet établissement était précisément de pouvoir y cuisiner... J'ai eu beau à la fin de mon séjour refuser de payer les 200 Y pour la fourniture de ce matériel ils ont exigé le paiement et m'ont donné une facture où ne figurait aucun libellé...

DO NOT book their suite for 5+ pax. The booking I made should cater to 5+ pax as indicated on the site. It should come with 2 rooms, containing a king and a queen size bed respectively. But what was offered was a room cater for 3 pax, with 2 rooms but with a single bed and queen size bed. When I confirmed my booking with the staff, they told me they only have 1 room for 5 pax and it has been occupied. Weird thing is, when I checked back on the website, it shows that the 5 pax room is still available for booking. The other person had to sleep in the living room because of this. This is as good as cheating Towel - dirty and stained. When I asked for a floor towel, staff say use body towel. Probably that's why when they changed the towels, they still look dirty Aircon - We have already requested for a non-smoking room, regardless how we blast the aircon, the smoking smell still exists Location - we took taxi everywhere but no drivers know where the hotel is. At least the young ones can use GPS Wifi - so-so. some websites can be loaded, some cant Bed - hard as rock. Im pregnant and I have aches all over the next day. pillow sheet has stains and they don't change the sheets everyday Food - no restaurant in the building but the popular Hong Xin restaurant is just 200m away. good for dinner and breakfast TV - many drama but not user-friendly Toiletries - only certain items are replenished daily, at least they provide Toilet - Japanese toilet
