"As a designated "airport" hotel, it does not offer any benefits as a traveller. First of all, there is no dedicated bus from the airport - you have to wait up to an hour for a private bus which then takes another 15 - 20mins to get to the hotel. To make matters worse, despite the Hotels.Com app having a facility to contact the Hotel.for queries, I am still waiting over 24 hours for a reply. Next, there are no facilities for travellers to freshen up before their flights - so good luck if you've checked out in the morning and then have an evening flight and wanted a quick wash! Then if try and take public transport to Terminal 4, it takes another 45mins to 1 hour - you.may as well stay at a hotel in Central.London! Terrible hotel with such dated rooms and facilities. "

"Very clean, wonderful staff. We stayed on the 1st floor, facing Heathrow Airport, yet did not hear any noise from the jets or traffic. I would definitely recommend prepaying for the breakfast buffet when selecting your room. The buffet was huge, with a large selection of hot and cold food as well as espresso machines."
