“Absolutely loved this hotel! nice and clean room with kitchen and the staffs are all really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Isabella! she was so professional and great. I made a mistake when I made a reservation so had no sofabed for my son. but Isabella kindly took her time and solved the problem by finding one bedroom with sofabed with just little extra charge. “에든버러에서 2박했는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 침실도 깨끗하고 고풍스러운 분위기의 아파트입니다. 주방용품도 고급지고 한달살이 하기에 자괍한 아파트인가 같아요. 다만 조금 추웠는데 히터를 사용하지 않고 라디에터로 난방을 하는 구조라 그런거 같아요. 춥다고 직원에게 메일류보냈더니 5분도 안되서 올라와 휴대용 라디에타를 두개씩 주고 가더군요. 소통이 질되고 친절하십니다. 올드타운과 뉴타운의 중간지점에 있어 관광하기에도 좋습니다. 역에서도 가까워 찾기에 쉽습니다 적극 추천드려요”

“I had to check in over midnight due to the flight schedule. Instruction of how to enter the hotel was already sent to my email (no one in the reception), so that I easily opened the door. The bedroom itself is a bit small, but has kitchen and bathroom seperately. Everything was good, but the towels & shampoo were not changed to new one, even bed was the same. City center is close; 15min by walking, and easy to access from the airport as well. I will consider to stay again.”
