Unfortunately, they were not as friendly or welcoming as I had hoped, which affected the overall experience. While the hotel’s amenities were great, the customer service at check-in could definitely use some improvement."

"Hotel J’s was a very nice hotel. The hotel clerks were very kind and eager to help. I love that they give the guests plenty of water. They also have a laundry policy that pretty nice. "

"Clean/quiet rooms, a spacious bathroom, quick check in, and easy netflix access were the highlights for my family. A few other nice additions were complimentary water and basic toiletries. The hotel is in a really active neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants, karaoke rooms, bars, arcades, and more."
