Everything was good. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Only complaint was that the housekeeping staff did not replenish our hand soap and shampoo for our second night stay.

Do not stay here
Hotel staff is rude. Room was tiny. Room smelled of smoke when i got there. Hotel visable from interstate but a little difficult to actually find once you exit. Will not be staying there again.

Better but not great....
Compared to our previous stay, there were improvements; however, there were still issues. The rooms still smell when you first walk in. Not sure why but when we asked they said it was due to the weather????? The room was clean as were the sheets and towels as compared to our last stay. The breakfast was better but still not great. They need better choices and variety. Staff could also be friendlier.

Disappointed
Room had a musky smell and there were stains on the comforter. The breakfast was awful. Nothing tasted fresh. We arrived early due to heading to an OSU game and we could not check in or leave our luggage. The least they could have done was hold our luggage. If we had a choice, we would not stay there again. Unfortunately we are booked there again and there are no other options. Hopefully they will make the necessary changes and our next stay will be better.

Below average accommodations
Rooms were very small and the beds too. Sheets had burn marks on them and the manly lady at the front counter was shirt and not helpful.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.
This hotel was extremely clean and located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The room was fairly small, but did have everything you would need for a short weekend away.

Disappointed
I needed last minute accommodations for one night near OKC and found this hotel at a reasonable price. A swimming pool was very important to me so I could take my children in the morning. The website advertised a swimming pool, but when I arrived at the hotel there was a notice that it was not under repairs. I would not have booked this hotel had I known the swimming pool was unavailable. Secondly, I was disappointed in the breakfast selection, sugary cereal, sugary yogurt, waffles with syrup, microwave eggs and sausage. They didn't have any healthy alternatives.

West end Blues
We checked in approximately at 4 PM. The room was the most western room of the motel. This was the hottest part of the entire building. It took about two hours for the room to cool down with the wall mounted A/C unit. The smell of the room was a combination of disinfectant and old room. It became immediately apparent that the first floor east rooms were much more recently renovated. I expect the upstairs Western treatment was reserved for Expedia members. Breakfast was fine. Hotel staff or pleasant.

The continental breakfast was weak, the pool was under construction, it was definitely not my first choice but it served it's propose....a place to stay overnight

Pool was closed for renovations so that's was a surprise.

Guthrie can do better.
Hotel looks nice from the outside and actually the room looked ok at first glance. But, closer inspection revealed that the room was quite dirty. Carpets were not vacuumed, bathroom floor had not been mopped, and there was mold in the shower. Beds were a "C". The fitness room was closed and had been for some time, although that wasnt in the details online. Pool was also closed. They should include that info on their site. All around it just wasnt a comfortable stay. Maybe ok for one night for a guy.

Not great! (1) When I checked in and was leaving the room, I discovered that the door would not fasten except from the inside. I reported it. Someone from the staff took a grinding tool of some kind and enlarged the striker plate hole sufficiently for the bolt to latch. (2) upon returning the first night, we discovered that the reading lamps between the beds had no bulbs. I reported this and was provided with bulbs at the front desk. (3) The cleaning staff removed the small portions of the used soap bars during the second day but left no soap in the room. This was discovered late the second evening when I returned. These were minor inconveniences, but for $112.88 per night in a small country town, I expected better. Oh! the breakfasts were excellent.

Was very dissatisfied. No luggage holders, had to shuffle suitcases around from bed to chair to floor. Hotel staff at desk was not available or did not answer our needs. Reservation type as requested disregarded. Staff said they did not have rooms to meet our needs.

Overall, very good experience. Front desk attendants were very welcoming and helpful. The room looked modern and was very comfortable. This hotel had all that I needed. Convenient location.

Great place to stay
Only one person in the lobby was useless. Had Internet problems on the third floor wifi was not staying connected so I went to lobby to ask them the guy on duty heck a computer that was right by the wifi router. Said seems to work here nothing I can do. Next morning I talked to a different young man and he was like I am so sorry I will go and reset the routers. Sometimes it happens that we see all is fine but in reality the router is not connected correctly to the signal. Once he did that all was fine. But cery disappointed that the first guy was like no problems here.

Really nice hotel. We've stayed here several times. Kind of pricey but good breakfast and comfortable.

This hotel was not worth the rate they charged. It was comparable to a Motel 6. We ended up going to a hotel across the street even though I had already paid for Sleep Night. I did not feel safe because some of the other occupants were in the parking lot drinking alcohol.

Short trip
We stayed in this hotel the first night we were in town because we were booking on Expedia and they didn't have Best Western which was where someone had told us to stay. I booked the room the gentlemen that checked us in was amazing. They were working on the exterior so there was scaffolding outside all of the windows but they didn't start work making noise until after 8 am. We stayed at the Best Western the second night and I would which wasn't bad but would recommend Sleep Inn over Best Western. Enjoy your stay folks

It was as advertised. It is still close to the area attractions. But not in the middle of it all. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was ok but small.

Very disappointed
have stayed here before with mixed results but never with poor customer service and a very average hotel. the lady who checked us in could not have been more apathetic about our arrival and would have probably been happier if we didn't show up. manager was apologetic the next day but the entire was so average to below average that I'll find better lodgings next time.

Staff didn't seem to care. Pool and Hot Tub were closed. Rooms were very small and included only a shower. My family had a double room with a roll-away bed. There was no room for the roll-away so one of them had to stay with me. Hallway was hot. For the money, it was disappointing.

Clean, quiet
Stayed in hotel due to lack of available hotels in Stillwater, OK. Worked out great. Hotel was short drive (20 - 25 minutes) from OSU and the hotel was quiet and clean. Drove into Guthrie for a meal - nice town and restaurant (The Stables) was excellent for family. Would stay at the hotel again.

We stayed this past weekend for the HOYRA rodeo finals. The rooms are so small, it's not a pet friendly hotel & there was only a shower, which would've been fine except I was traveling with a 10 & 3 yr old & my 3yr old hated the shower! It's is however very clean but next trip to Guthrie we will be staying somewhere else.

The hotel is being renovated. The check-in person seemed quite ill, and decidedly not with it. The cost/value was just okay. I've had better experiences with Sleep Inns in the past.
