“Personal touches. Great service.”

“Room very clean, comfortable, quiet, top roof restaurant very good , rear train station was very good for us. Breakfast very good too. Thanks to the staff.”

“Very good hotel friendly and helpful staff Especially Ranya”

“Cleaning was no problem. ”

“No advantages except it's in the central of the city. Very old hotel without proper maintenance. The first thing I found out in the room was the washstand which cannot be drained. Managers at the receptions were very unprofessional and unkind. Probably not all of them, but at least the people I met for three days were. I'd rather stay another hotel for my next trip to the city. ”

“Common areas are vey well maintained. The rooms were new and bright. However there was significant mould in the shower. This was disappointing since I booked the largest suite. Other than that, everything was great.”
