"We had a great time at this location. A beach area was great. Our room was always clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the building where we ended up. There was a party place nearby and they played loud music until the late hours. Other than that, the hotel was good."

"Attentive and friendly staff from the reception, to the bartenders, to the maintenance. Everyone was more than willing to help and had a friendly demeanor. We tried each restaurant and bar more than once and always had a great to exceptional experience. Pools and beaches very well maintained. Easy access to the night life and surrounding points of interest!"

"I first want to mention that ALL the staff were amazing! Maria, Xiomara, Miriam and Alexandra went above and beyond. The cleaning staff, whose names I did not get, were always there for any of my room needs. They hung a Happy Birthday banner for my gf’s 50th, made 2 loving swans with towels, had a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival and were just there whenever we needed anything. We did eat at the restaurant onsite which had some great choices to pick from. The specialty drinks were on point as well. We cannot say enough about this property. We are already looking to book our next vacation here. 5 stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff was more than accommodating. They were attentive to our needs upon check in and when checking out we still had a few hours before we left for the airport. My son had medication that needed to be refrigerated, and the staff gladly took care to refrigerate the medicine until we left. The only thing I would add which isn't a staff or property issue but just a general curtesy is there is a downtown located directly behind the resort. We spent 5 days there and were not aware until another guest told us. We really weren't liking Aruba very much outside of the resort till we located this beautiful area. I think it's worth the staff mentioning to new arrivals as this would have made our trip even more delightful. Again, not a hotel problem as we did appreciate the staff and the facilities. We would definitely stay again!!!"
