"Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Onsen is amazing, beautiful gardens. Only drawback is that if don't eat at the restaurant not much close by and nothing else at the hotel. "

"A delightful cabin next to the lake with views of Mount Fuji (although our ground floor apartment had restricted views because of the trees - but not all ground floor apartments had this problem). The hot spring bath and foot spa were utterly delightful though and the projector was a nice touch to relax after a day of walking, even if I would have rather been looking at Fuji, my daughter loved it. "

The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were both incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a true highlight of our trip. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and artistic presentation. We enjoyed both the private onsen and the public baths, which were immaculate and soothing with the surrounding nature views. The private bath experience was especially special — serene, quiet, and rejuvenating after a long day of exploring Hakone. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.
