Clean and tidiness, several restaurants and 7/11 just around.

It was my second time staying here and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The onsen was amazing in the winter, the breakfast options were great and of high quality. The staff were super friendly and supportive.
The room was spacious and clean. The spa and massage chairs were great. The lobby was quiet and stylish design. The only weird thing was there is a kitchen in the room but no cookware at all… do they expect guests to bring their cookware on the trip???

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and easy.
This was the nicest hotel I stayed in my entire trip. They gave us a full course dinner which we didn't know we had. The rooms are spacious and clean it was just amazing for Japan when you usually get a small room.
I liked everything about the hotel, especially the service received from Yoshika (sp?) at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. WITH A SMILE, he helped us with so much from learning how to start the washer/dryers to calling restaurants to see if we could get in, to providing restaurant suggestions, to answering our many questions when he seemed to be extremely busy. I know a spirit of excellence when I see it…he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!
Yoshika was GENUINELY committed to making our experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and we greatly appreciate that. I would highly recommend this hotel just on him alone!
Best hotel we stayed at in our whole trip. The room was a much welcomed change to the standard small hotel rooms in Japan that we got for the same cost, breakfast buffet was good though the food was the same on the 2 days we tried it. There are plenty of good restaurants to try within a few minutes walk and the bus stops right in front of the hotel were convenient. I wish we stayed longer but will definitely be back on our next trip.
The hotel was so peaceful and calming. The room was very large and had all of the amenities and then some. The onsen was so relaxing. The dinner meal was 5 star quality. I'm not sure what I was eating at times but it was beautifully presented and delicious.
Beautiful place to stay, I rented a room with a private onsen and it was amazing. Went to a local ramen place just down the road for dinner and have breakfast at the hotel which was delicious!
Bus routes were pretty easy to navigate!
Beautiful hotel located right across from a hakone bus stop. Rooms were modern and thoughtfully laid out. Public onsen available in the morning and afternoon hours.
Stayed here for two nights.
I think this property is ideal for couples and others who want to get away from the hustle of city life. I don't think it's ideal for families (although we took our two teenagers). It's really an adult-focused environment. The onsen was amazing and I went both days. The setting is serene. It is near the bus stop and Monta, a traditional Japanese eatery with excellent food.
My stay at Blisstia was wonderful and a perfect weekend getaway. The room was clean and incredibly spacious with many amenities provided. Having a full bath was great, but I didn’t even use it much because of the onsen/spa. The hotel location was very convenient - next to a convenient store and bus stops. Would return for sure!
I enjoyed my stay but I thought the onsen was very basic (just a hot tub and a massage chair) and the breakfast was poor. The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful.
Great hotel. It’s a bit outside the center of activity but with bus stops across the street it’s easy to reach all Hakone highlights. Breakfast is good and room was very spacious. Onsen is nice as well although a bit small. Downside is that you have to reserve diner a day before.
Lovely spacious hotel with a traditional Japanese onsen. Staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, hotel does not accommodate vegetarians very well. Though there is vegetarian options for breakfast, there is nothing available at other times. Additionally they have eco housekeeping policy where they just leave fresh towels and toiletries outside your room. Any trash has to be left outside the room for it to be cleared.
What an outstanding experience. This property is pristine. We had a room with a private onsen, and it may have been the most unique and memorable hotel stay we have ever had. If you are going to Hakone for rest and relaxation, and above all the onsen, this booking is a must.

I had a very pleasant stay at Blisstia. The room was very new, beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly and they assisted me with the check in and check out process. The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There’s a 7-11 just across the road for quick runs for snacks. Onsite parking is available too. The onsen was fantastic and was a must visit after a long day out. I’d recommend this place and will be back for future visits to Hakone.
