温泉アルカリも良かったです！

白濁の温泉を期待して行きましたが、昨年の台風の影響がまだあって、白濁のお湯は、10月以降になるとのことで、ちょっと残念でしたが、こちらのホテルは、二種類の温泉通っていて、お部屋の温泉も、強羅温泉（アルカリ温泉）に成っていました。とってよ良かったです！美肌の湯ですね。 お部屋は、2○○室でしたが、コンパクトにまとまっていました。（狭め）ですが、ホットドリンクのサービスが良かったです。 お食事の夕食は、フルコースで、楽しめました。 朝食は、ヘルシーでパンのお代わりも出来て、良かったです。　個人的にエムズシステムのスピーカーが部屋にもあって、楽しめました！

お部屋にお風呂があり、そちらも温泉なのが素晴らしい。いつでもすぐに湯が楽しめて食事も美味しくて大満足でした。

87歳の母と私たち夫婦3人で利用しましたが、施設内には段差が多く、大浴場には一切手摺りなどなく、バリアフリーではありませんでした。また、エキストラベッドも貧弱で、これは3人で泊まる施設ではないと実感しました。実際、私たち以外はすべて男女のカップルだったので、それはそれで差別化して、高齢者並びに3人以上のグループには向いていないことを明記していただけたらと思います。 部屋は広くて居心地が良かったですが、トイレのウォシュレットが必要以上に多機能で贅沢なのに比べて、テレビが貧弱でDVDの貸し出しがあってもあの小さな画面で映画を観る気ににはなれませんでした。せっかく温泉なのに浴衣が色褪せて残念でした。 夕食、朝食は期待以上で満足しました。どちらにも箸が添えられてあって気が張らず純粋に食事が楽しめました。 従業員の方はとてもフレンドリーで会話が弾んだのはとても良かったです。
