From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks. Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. All the amenities where great & clean. 10/10 i recommend. I will be returning

The hotel is wonderful! Too many amenities to name. I love that there is a hot springs tub in the private bathroom. The staff is excellent, the property is beautiful; dinner and breakfast were both delicious. I loved my stay there.

Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.
