"The best part of our trip was staying here with our three young children. We stayed on the top floor. We enjoyed the treats and drinks in the fridge. The view, private onsen, foot bath, and sauna is an experience well worth every penny. Our family loves community and connection… you cant do that with Rakuten because they are purely transactional. However, you can find the connection with kind people in the community. Some parts of the place were dusty because I notice when I pay for a place. The beds were VERY comfortable and we had the best sleep in Japan at this hotel than any other. The accessible areas to explore by just walking out your door is perfection. We love this place so much and hope to return for a longer stay in the near future. "

"This was an amazing experience and probably the highlight of our japan trip. The staff is just incredibly attentive. Don’t think we’ve experienced this anywhere in the world. I truly recommend this place for a relaxing few days. The private onsens are also amazing and super easy to book and use. "
