Horrible experience

We booked one night here, and the hotel wasn't even finished building. We woke up early by loud noices from the workers, the owner was very unpleasant amd mixed up what night we were supposed tostay there. The next day when we were checking-out the owner yelled at us. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.
