"Its a nice hotel generally. The staff are very slow.. like painfully at times! We were there for the take that concert and they were doing free welcome drinks etc and we had a bottle of wine in our room too. Although the fact they had put the prices of rooms up by over £200 a night, it's really the least that they could do!"

"The room was nice, the bathroom was tiny, but clean. Barely enough room for once person. Good tea and coffee facilities. The room was not good value due to the inflated price as it was a Take That concert, but overall it was a nice hotel. It was an easy 30 minutes walk to the St. Mary’s Stadium for the concert. The carpark at the hotel was good, £20 for 24 hours, which was ok."

"The rooms are good and well equipped. However, breakfast was appalling with stressed staff who are slow and uncaring . Also, they kept voicing how stressed they were to the public! The breakfast food kept running out and was not replenished. It was hopeless. The swimming pool is nice, but cost an extra £5 per person to swim for an hour at a time. All in all massively over priced for what it is."

"The room was immaculate upon our arrival and the breakfast was a typical normal continental breakfast. The view was exceptional and the location for our cruise terminal was superb. All in all - it was a wonderful place to stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer or arrived earlier to investigate the area."
