"Room was great! What stood out the most at Double Tree for me and my family were the Two wonderful and very helpful staff at reception ( Disha & Shamshad ). Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree. We would go back to Double Tree in a Heart Beat💝. Thank you Disha!"

"Good value if booked in advance. We were given a bigger room than we’d booked. Good location: 10-15min walk from Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith tube stations. Also good bus connections up and down Shepherd’s Bush Road. Generally good experience but the room was extremely hot, which strangely was not coming from the radiator. Better than being too cold but be warned. I woke up sweating both nights / mornings."

"Our stay at ibis London Earls Court was incredible. Kristian and other staff members were especially helpful and assisted us in checking in early, which was much needed after a long night of travel. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job of taking care of the space every day. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to London, and will stay here again when I return! There is a tube stop just a few minutes walk away, and a bus stop right out front."
