Very basic and a nice bang for the pound. Nice staff and about a ten minute walk to two different Underground stations. Please note that it is a 15 minute Underground ride to where the main touristy London activities are, but the place is a lot more reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. There was an issue with the room we were staying in so they immediately switched us. Our new room was just what we needed. Definitely recommend!

I had to stay in the sister hotel as my original room was occupied but the gentleman on reception was very apologetic and helpful and put me in a bigger room. All clean, warm and comfortable only downfall was there was loud music playing mostly through the night but apart from that I would definitely stay again as it’s easier for work sometimes.

Very convenient location, lots of dining choices nearby, a small Sainsburys adjacent to the hotel, and very pleasant reception staff. Room could have been cleaner and looked a bit tired, but it's nothing that would put you off staying and is reflected in the price. Will stay there again next time I'm down that way.

Amazing value and convenient location. 12 mins walk from central line one direction and district/circle line the other direction. Nice staff, very clean and felt safe. Quiet if you keep the windows closed. Good beds and bathrooms, a wall fan and kettle with cups for the tiny price. A few steps away from shops and cafes for all your food needs. They even upgraded us from twin room to family. If you want a very affordable place for central London you can't beat this. I will use Sapphire again.

The hotel served its purpose for us. It was clean and comfortable staff friendly. Set up was a bit odd with check-in actually in a different hotel and the room in a separate building. All in all clean room in decent location fine for one night

I enjoyed the fact that there were numerous shops and eateries around . It was a good atmosphere. The hotel should however ensure that the rooms are hovered regularly and at least washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned a bit regularly when there is a guest in.

I don’t understand all the negative comments. It’s in a good area and very easy to reach the transport. There are a lot of good food spots and shopping facilities nearby. Its not a 5 star hotel but absolutely ok to stay there. I‘d definitely book it again.
