Great Location and Price

My son and I stayed for one night to attend a football match at QPR. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs, and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

The room was very small with few amenities. The bed was extremely hard. It felt like we were staying in a hostel. Was under the impression at the time of booking that breakfast was provided and was not. The key for the door was very difficult to use. The room was so hot we had to leave the windows open which let in the light and felt slightly unsafe and made sound travel. Could hear the shower running in the next room. It was a quick walk to the underground through an area that was slightly dodgy. We could get to any of the attractions in about 30 minutes. The upscale Westfield shopping centre was right across the street. The people at the front desk were kind and polite. It’s not a bad place to stay, just know what you’re getting!

This is a great selection for a basic place to lay your head, shower, and rest. It is no frills, but 3 blocks from the Picadilly line and right across the street from the Mall. The front desk man is very helpful and kind. I would stay here again, especially for the low price they offered.

The staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I didn't see them again after that due to timings. The room was not as advertised. No separate seating area, not as large as stated on advert, a smaller TV (24 inch not 32). The bed was on wheels that had no way to lock them so every time I moved, the bed shifted. A plug directly next to the bed showed sign of burning or heat damage. The bathroom was reasonable and the shower was large, which was nice. However the extractor fan did not function and the movement sensor kept turning the lights off. The shower water was warm which was welcomed. A light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and mold was growing on the window, likely because of no extractor. I doubt I will stay here ever again

Great little find

Staff were excellent and friendly at check in and check out , Room was clean and adequate, bathroom could do with a spruce up but again adequate. Hotel was very quiet , easy to find and in a very accessible location

Place is a shabby old lady, but also charming. Location is great and young gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a dreadful odor from a bathroom floor drain.

Downside there was no parking around the property and being disabled, that posed a problem for me and ended up with a parking ticket. And room was up 4 flights of stairs. Fab stay

Lovley hotel polite staff extremly quite which is fab as im a light sleeper close to tube and shopping center room had all we needed for a few nights stay only downside for me was the bathroom had a little step down which we wasnt aware of and i slipped and twisted my ankle causing a sore ankle for the whole trip. And the bathroom had a small amount of mould on the ceiling from little ventilation

Basic hotel

Extremly basic. Tv in room 5 didnot work, i was there with my daughter so wasnt out late and wanted the tv working .no shampoo or conditioner or soap in shower and i left all that at home so i could take less stuff with us, there was liquid soap for hand washing. Perfect location for westfields shopping

The room was small but had everything that we needed. Priced appropriately for a small room. Convenient location for Wood Lane TV studios. The room was serviced daily and towels swapped. The shower was good and bedding looked clean and fresh. We were greeted and checked in very quickly on arrival. Had a wheelchair with us and this room was swapped from an upstairs to a ground floor room (we hadn’t notified the hotel about this in advance) and were very happy that they offered this ammendment. Seen a number of bad reviews but they did not apply to our experience at this hotel.

I will start with the positive, the staff was very nice and the area was very centric and easy transportation access. Now, the property was a bit old, we did not get the room in the pictures, some towels had holes in them, the decorative pillows were dirty, the light in the bathroom was automatic and turned on and off all night, we could hear everything that was going on in the next room. WiFi did not work at all. If you won’t be in the room all day I would say it’s good enough.
