"Very clean, most casinos you can smell cigarettes all over but not at Bally’s. Staff was amazing. Loved the fact that it has a Dunkin Donuts inside. My only concern was the Self-service parking lot. Looked sketchy, you can smell weed at every floor. Did not feel safe. Lots of pe"

"We stayed for one night. It was expensive as we went to see a cover band and they charged to get into the area where the band was playing. In paying for a room (nearly $300 for one night) should include admission to whatever show they have going on. We also spent money in the casino and for dinner and breakfast. They could have given us “free” entry into the band. "

"Partial ocean view, nice room, but the wait for the elevator was ridiculous. It is a great deterrent. I have a disability and cannot wait 20-30 min for an elevator."

"This place is so gross the second you walk in you’re assaulted by whatever chemical process they use to mask the cigarette smoke. It made me gag to the point I didn’t leave my room the whole time. The room was another story. Hair all over the bathroom and garbage throughout the room. Someone’s used gum sitting on the dresser "
