"The hair dryer in the room was not good.
Beware there is no place to hang towels or clothes other than the small wardrobe in room.
The Casino is nice but small, lots of old school games.
the refrigerator was hidden in cabinet and difficult to access."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and in order. The breakfast was better than most at a hotel. The 24 hour hot coffee was always hot!"
"The hotel was very clean & well kept. The staff was friendly and someone was available around the clock if needed. Parking was convenient. We would definitely stay again!"
"First the staff was lovely (an especially big shout out to Sandy). Second, a suite does not exist! This was not the hotel’s fault (my husband was there when the staff was on the phone with hotels.com asking them to again fix the incorrect listing and detailing the multiple issues with people arriving who had booked a room they didn’t have) but since I see it still hasn’t been fixed maybe this review will save someone some aggravation. Because we were there over memorial weekend and in town for a big music festival finding an alternative room was not an option. We booked the non existent suite as we were traveling with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and has a number of medical needs that require traveling with a lot of stuff, so the extra room is a necessity, not a luxury. The staff got us into an ADA room and even removed furniture to make the space workable for us. But the hotel itself was not great. The room we wound up with rundown. The sprayer in the shower had a broken base so you could only shower holding it, there was no way to attach it to the wall. Just a general rundown vibe, lots of stains and chipped furniture. Have food allergies so never checked out breakfast but the coffee was good. If the staff decides to open their own hotel I’d definitely give it a shot, but will be looking elsewhere next year."
