Cons: Maintenance/upkeep needs to be done on amenities in room. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. The lights keep going on and off. The bathroom needs a new toilet. Their attempt to fix the toilet was to duct tape the place where the water goes into fill. It had come out and started leaking water all over the floor when you try to flush it. My husband fixed it but the toilet was moldy and gross inside,
Shower was large but needs updating. If you are paying good money to stay in a room you don't want to be sketched out by using the bathroom."
"This place is great location if you’re going to the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. It’s right on the Ocean Boulevard and has outside porch which faces the ocean right across the street. Restaurants and stores are walkable distance. The building itself seems pretty old but the room we had was very clean. The bathroom was small but appeared to be recently updated. No elevators so be prepared to do stairs if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor. There is an ice machine and they have coffee in the morning in the lobby. Nothing fancy. Also a nice sitting area in the lobby. Parking is down the street but is a short walk slightly uphill back to the hotel. Air conditioning in our room worked well. We were there in mid September. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"The price fit the accommodations. We are non-smokers, but the room when we entered smelled like old cigarettes. In the informational paper that’s left in the room, it states that it is a non-smoking room. on that piece of paper, it said that they will charge you a monetary fee to remove the smell of cigarettes if you have been smoking. We had no choice at that point but to stay at this hotel, but the smell was egregious enough to leave if we had the option. Other than that, this day was fine."
"Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. Rooms were clean. The air conditioners worked but look unhealthy inside (?mold?). Gentleman from the office brought over a grill to use ❤️ Beds were decent. THE BACK PORCH however should have CAUTION tape at the door. It doesn't look safe. The front porch was great. The front stairs are sturdy, they are at such an angle that they're thin, more like one slat. We did have one guest slip, then a second one slipped as they tried to quickly help the first person. Just pay attention. I would rent again. Enjoy your stay."
