“We got the room for a cheap rate on a last minute trip to the beach. It served its purpose, but that’s about it. Disappointed with the lack of coffee pot and rock hard mattress (and super flat pillows). Also, the motel doesn’t even have an ice machine. And the bathroom is super tiny. But… everything worked and it was a two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, so as long as you have low expectations, this place isn’t a horrible stay. I wouldn’t have paid anymore than what...

“Best thing about the place, is of course the location, right on beach at Hampton Beach, and our room was overlooking the ocean. Issues: Room was kind of small and they only had powdered creamer for the coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. Also, the small refrigerator in the room had no freezer, so could not freeze by ice packs for the next day on the beach, and the front desk had no freezer when I asked. $400 a night!”
