"The room was pretty clean. I stayed there in June 2026. The staff was excellent best part of the experience. I did notice that there was no soap and I was running late so that was a little bit hectic but other than that is an excellent place to stay."

"They do parking vouchers which is good as there’s no way to access the hotel without going through the gated parking lot. Rooms were clean , staff was friendly There was 1 issue I paid up front when we booked the room so it was strange to be told upon arrival that the 2Q we reserved was no longer available. We got in at 9 pm so not like it was a crazy late arrival. They did provide an alternative to give us a 2nd room for free. Which fortunately still worked for us since a parent could be in both rooms. If I had been traveling solo with my kids, then this would have left us no options. So while it was readily resolved for us , it was disconcerting."

"Registration was fast. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. I didn’t try the pool. The room was clean. The only downside was the snacks by registration was pricey. $13 for 2 sodas and a bag of chips."

"The airport shuttle service was amazing for us. We were able to schedule ours for 7am, 6-27-26 the previous day. We were told to be there ten minutes before it went off. This hotel does charge a $50 security deposit of sorts, but you do get it back within a few business days. Given the amenities we had, it made sense. The only minor complaints we had was the pool was pretty darn chilly, the blackout curtains don’t close for some reason and the WiFi was out the whole time we were there. Bogus. Not actually angry, just minor things. Overall though, the room was clean, we had TV and their restaurant was actually fairly reasonably priced and delicious! We decided to make it our hub airport hotel the next time we fly west. Oh! The staff were also incredibly friendly and patient with us! Very smiley and bubbly, it made the experience much more enjoyable!"

"I was only in Portland one night to attend a wedding, and needed a place to stay near the venue. I also needed a reasonable price. This simple, basic motel was perfect. There are no amenities to speak of - no free breakfast, or even coffee - no pool. There is guest laundry, but I didn't need it. My room was clean and fresh. The AC worked and wasn't noisy. I didn't even turn on the TV. The internet was fast and easy to access. The front desk staff was great! If you want a basic, no frills place to sleep and shower, this is a good choice."
