“This is the second time I have stayed at the Fairfield inn. It's my favourite place to stay in Winston Salem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The stay are very helpful, and of course the breakfast is good.”

“Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Rooms are a little outdated”

“Someone broke into my room in the middle of the night. Not a safe or clean place to stay.... I would like a full refund because I did not stay past the first night incident...”

“We paid for 3 rooms and only received 2 rooms. This was a trip for construction crew and 2 guys had to share a room due to this. Asked for refund of the 1 room since they didn't honor the reservation and they told us they couldn't refund the amount and that we have to obtain the refund from Expedia. Front desk not helpful at all. Trash was in bags in the hallways from other guests and not cleaned up by staff.”

“The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants.”

“Loved our stay…,will definitely come back!”

“The stay at the Hawthorne Confernce center is always the best. It is the only hotel I want to stay at when I visit Winston Salem”

“Everything was clean and Nate, but I did not like you cannot hardly open the door to get into the room and a lot of noise”
