“The staff was great, location is perfect! But i has a big insect... but we are in Thailand!”

“This property was nothing like the pictures, when we pulled up outside I couldn’t believe it, we thought ok we’re here now, lets go in and check in, the lady on reception was lovely to be fair and I felt a bit sorry for her as I’m sure we weren’t the first to look disappointed. We went to our room and looked around, the first thing my partner saw was the white towels on the bed that had gone grey, we left our stuff and went out for a coffee, at which point we both said we need to book somewhere...

“Clean room & very friendly Uncle & Aunt! And the rooms are clean.”

“This is a traditional Thai house with a beautiful garden. It is a beautiful house where you can feel Chiang Mai. Staff are very friendly. There is a communal kitchen and coffee can be enjoyed in the garden. At the end of the garden, it is attached to the Ping River, so you can take a break while watching the river in the evening. While I was here, I walked to the Saturday Market, Sunday Market, and Night Bazaar. We also walked around the Old Town. for walking exercise. There is a limping market...

“First of all, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and the pillows were poorly stitched, with the stuffing sticking out. Furthermore, there was no room key, so I couldn't leave my luggage in the room when I went out. Furthermore, the noise of the washing machine running in the kitchen/laundry room on the first floor could be heard late into the night. This was truly a disappointing stay.”
