"Staff was wonderful so helpful and respectful. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub. So convenient having the restaurant there in the hotel. The rooms were okay i feel like our bed was a bit lumpy and we had issues with the heater will not turn off, but they fixed it immediately. Love that! Restaurant Katie‘s waiters were a bit on a serious note not friendly (waiters that bring your drink) I would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back. "

"The inn was super cute, clean, and the location is great to go skiing at Kirkwood! The owners are adorable, very friendly. The only think I wish is was better is communication. It’s pretty hard to contact them and maybe they could do better about check in instructions. We were arriving late (after check in hours) in Friday and instructions said to contact the inn. I was calling the inn every day from that previous Monday to let them know, left several messages with call back number, emailed them several times… and I never received an answer. We were afraid we were going to be stuck in the cold outside without a place to sleep because they were not confirming that they received the message. Luckily, the day of the trip they finally picked up the phone at 4pm. Was pretty stressful situation but ended up working out… "

"Gorgeous views from the patio! Extremely clean, organized and inviting living space with a fireplace. This winter vacation at Tahoe Ridge was a great start to our adventures. From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive, polite, and accommodating. The hot tub was located conveniently in the middle of the buildings and easy access for all guest. We will absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family."
