Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Is fine for a cheap stay in the middle of old quarter. Staff were helpful and able to accommodate requests and info for things to do and booking. Breakfast is decent considering it’s included. Dorms quite small but ok.
The staff here was very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable large and clean. The location was fantastic. Very walkable and easy access to everything in old Center town. The view from the room was fantastic. We would highly recommend this place. You would not even think it was a hostile.
I’ve stayed here three times, that alone says a lot!
Pros:
• Shampoo and shower gel provided
• Free excellent breakfast
• Located in the old quarter, everything is walkable
• Hot showers and AC in the rooms
• Free beers in the evening
• Pillows are comfortable
Cons:
• Towels not provided
• Rooms are quite small
• Bathrooms aren’t the best, but they’re okay
• Mattress is a bit firm

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Central location walking distance to everything, tour booking pick up zone hundreds of eateries. Best thing is the location and breakfast included from 6.30 am . Staff attend the front desk 24/7. You can make tea coffee for yourself anytime. Street noise can disrupt sleep as do inconsiderate guests while room sharing. I didn't understand filling a dorm room with all men and one lady ( me ) with no working hot water whilst there were empty dorms with working showers. Perhaps they can reconsider seperating into females and males dormitory as some men feel entitled to boss females around and see the room as theirs to dominate.
